Advanced bookings are required for couples, multiple treatments, pamper packages & Saturday appointments.
To secure these bookings we require a 50% deposit or gift voucher number for each person. A 50% cancellation fee applies if less than 24 hours cancellation notice is received.
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior your appointment, so that you can relax and unwind before your treatment. Late arrival may result in your treatment being shortened, so that other clients aren't kept waiting - no refunds or credit given.
Please bring suitable swimwear for spa & sauna treatments. We provide towels, gowns & disposable slippers.
Please shower prior to using our Hydrotherapy Spa. Disposable underwear is provided for body treatments.
Please leave jewellery & other valuables at home. No responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged items.
Restrictions: Please inform us of any relevant health issues prior to booking, as some treatments may not be suitable for you. If you are under medical supervision we ask that you obtain your doctor's approval before receiving any of our Day Spa or massage treatments. Day Spa treatments are not suitable for children under 13.
